Photo's 2 A and 2 B are The Kings Birthday Parade at Wellington in India in 1928.
Photo 2D (it has the date etc on the pic in small writing) was the Kings Birthday parade at a place called Dagshai in India.

Tommy Dalton (Senior)

This photo is of a tattoo on TomSenior's back, by a Jap, in India between 1926 - 1932. He was about 80 years old went it was taken.
He was in the Second Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers, he had tatoos all over, chest, legs, arms.
Nine sittings it took to do the one on is back. The Jap did it with a piece of wood.

C/Sgt Goodwin's Funeral

Joe has been unable to find out anything from the records concerning C/Sgt Goodwin's death, the 2nd Bn gave him a great funeral.
